Greens open at 10am unless directed by the Management Committee and at the discretion of the Green Ranger.

At all times League / Association Fixtures / Club Fixtures will take preference.

All Sections ( Senior, Ladies, Ordinary & Juniors) pre-book rinks in one book ( Appointed Match Secretaries ) Match Secretaries or Section Convenors or nominated official to ensure pre - booking of League Association games are entered, stringing, appointed Umpire / Markers.

10am -- 12 Noon Retired (Seniors) Members may have the use of the rinks from 10am until 12.00 Noon.

Rinks not in use by 10.15 a.m. until Noon may be used by All classes of Outdoor Bowling Membership to play Bounce or Competition Ties but shall not be booked. (Competitive ties are bookable in the diary by Seniors ONLY.)

Further Vacant Rinks may be played by Outdoor Junior Members (no visitors) on Rinks not in use by 10.15 a.m. until 12 p.m. but only during School Leave.

12 Noon - 2pm Retired (Seniors) Members may have the use of the rinks from Noon until 2pm.

Rinks not in use by 12.15 p.m. until 2pm may be used by All classes of Outdoor Bowling Membership to play Bounce or Competition Ties but shall not be booked. (Competitive ties are bookable in the diary by Seniors ONLY.)

2 p.m. but only during School Leave.

2pm -- 6pm Lady / Lady Retired Members may have the use of the rinks from 2pm until 6pm.

Tuesday – Friday 6.30pm - Closure of the Greens (at the discretion of the Green Ranger) all outdoor members may have the use of vacant rinks to play Competitive / competition ties. Booked rinks will have preference but only until 6.45 p.m. at which time the rink will have become vacant.

Saturday / Sunday Greens open at 10am unless at the discretion of the Management Committee

From 10am until closure, all outdoor members may have the use of vacant rinks.

Club or Association games shall take preference.

N.B. Juniors Outdoor Members Under 14 years of age must leave the Club by 9pm.

Monday Hat Night shall take preference of All Rinks required. All classes of outdoor members may have the use of vacant rinks from 7pm to play ties ONLY but shall not be booked.

Scottish Fours, Triples Competitions shall be played on Scottish Settings.

Greens Diary shall be retained in the "SNUG BAR LOUNGE" . All sections / Members will use ONE Diary.
