1. Financial Year: The financial year shall run
from 1st April to 31st March.
2. Bank Account: The Bank Account or Accounts
shall be in the name of the Club and shall not be operated upon except
on the signature of the Treasurer and one of the Trustees, or the
Secretary and one of the Trustees.
3. Secretary's Duties: The Secretary shall
conduct all the correspondence of the Club, give notice and keep Minutes
of all Meetings and maintain an up to date Register of the names and
addresses of all Members.
4. Green Rangers Duties: The Green Ranger shall
have the sole supervision of the Green Keeper, power to set the rinks as
he thinks proper and determine when the green is unfit for play.
5 Club Premises: shall be closed each evening at
11.30pm, except by special permission of the Management Committee.
6 (A) An Ordinary, Honorary, Life or
Retired Member may invite one Visitor once per month for the purpose of
playing outdoor bowls after 6pm, in their company and only if rinks are
available.
6 (B) The additional use of rinks as permitted
after application to the Management Committee.
7.A Junior Outdoor Member may be permitted to
play on the Outdoor Greens only if rinks are available.
All Junior Members will not have the use of the Club
premises with the exception of playing bowls, attending a organised
bowling event, a Social Function or on the invitation of a Club Member
who must have the Junior Member signed for in the Visitors Book and be
in their company.
8. Rules: The rights of the Management Committee
to add to, amend and enforce these Rules are contained in Clause Ten (3)
of the Constitution.
9. Laws of the Game: The Laws of the Game shall
be those of the International Bowling Association.
10. Rules of the Game: The Rules of the Game are
contained in the Scottish Bowling Association Handbook.
